As a Housekeeping Supervisor (Arbetsledare) your leadership will show the housekeeping team that you will go above and beyond in your care for each member of the team, and your attention to detail will show that you are committed to providing worry free guest experiences.

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated leader to ensure, that the highest standards and meticulous attention to detail is achieved, in our cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas around the hotel.

Leading and inspiring the housekeeping team from the front and by example, by participating in the daily operations
Creating a physically and mentally safe work environment, that lets all colleagues bring their best and true selves to work
Encouraging and facilitating personal and professional development
Ensuring all employees have the tools and resource to carry out their roles safely and effectively
Striving to improve service performance and standards, ensuring employees understand expectations and parameters
Communicating with other departments/colleagues as well as guests
Understanding the impact of the department’s operations on the overall guest experience and managing to achieve budgeted goals
